NEW! Puzzle Pack. This is a puzzle treasure hunt kit — we provide the puzzles, answers, and clues in an envelope, so all you need to do is set up the treasure hunt and put some chocolate coins at the end! There are five puzzles, ranging from a wordsearch to a mathematical colour wheel. It’s primarily designed for children, but the illustrations are colourful rather than childish, so you could easily use it as part of a fun day in the office. Cost: £6.50 Time: 20 minutes Players: 1-many Age: 6+ Buy it here
NEW! The Smugglers’ Secret. Think escape room, but in an envelope. Or a whodunit, but you’re the detective. It’s a story based, text-heavy, cold case mystery. There’s a short story (a side of A4) and 19 clues. It should keep the whole family busy over Christmas! Very family-friendly theme, but recommended for teenagers and up due to the length of the game and the amount of reading. Cost: £13 Time: 60 minutes Players: 1-6 Age: 12+ if solo, 10+ in a group Buy it here

Busy Buses. This fun and easy card game was created by children at Oxford Road Community School. Match the right buses, route, and drivers to collect passengers. What will you add to you hand next? Will you discard to pick up more cards? Cost: £15 Time: 10-20 minutes Players: 2-4 Age: 6+ Buy it here

Gingerbread Towers. This is a card stacking game in which you literally build a tower of gingerbread-themed cards! Score for the different sweets you contribute, but don’t knock any cards off or you’ll lose points… Cost: £10 Time: 15-25 minutes Players: 1-4 Age: 6+ Buy it here

Games on greetings cards. Yes, these are exactly how they sound — it’s a normal birthday card or Christmas card, but it’s also a GAME! All cards are A5 and come with an envelope. The picture on the front is the game, whether that means as a race track (such as the penguins card) or a colouring board (the hearts card). Some come with counters to cut out. The rules all fit on the back of the card. Cost: £2.50 per card or £10 for a pack of five cards Time: approx 10 minutes Players: depends on card Buy them here
There are many different games on cards, and the ones we have at the moment are:
- Snakes & Ladders & Jellybeans — just like snakes and ladders, but you roll two dice and choose which to use — and the winner is the person who collects the most jellybeans! Good for children’s birthdays. Multiple players.
- Penguin Pairs — a multiplayer race game where two penguins move around a board collecting fish! Great for kids and a great wintery/christmassy card, although it doesn’t actually mention Christmas.
- Cherry Cake — a logic puzzle card for one person. This is a simple logic grid, where you need to read the clues on the card (some in text, some as the picture) and work out the answer.
- The Princess & the Frog — a multiplayer race game where players try to get their princess counter and their frog counter on the same lily. Simple, but also strategic.
- Hearts — a two player colouring-in game on a card, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
- Snowball Slide — a rather silly, very competitive two-player game about racing snowballs down a mountain and turning cogs to direct the snowballs into your own camp. This was the 2023 Christmas card.
- Biscuit — a logic puzzle card for one person. This is a harder logic grid than Cherry Cake, and it’s Dungeons & Dragons themed. Read the clues on the card to work out the answer.
- Nourish — a one person race against time with dice. Bees and flowers themed.
- Feline Crimes: Garden — a logic puzzle card for one person. A harder logic puzzle than even Biscuit, it features four cats bringing four “gifts” in from the garden. Which cat brought which object, where did it find it, and when did the owner discover the gift?
- Feline Crimes: Birthday Bookcase — a logic puzzle card for one person. Another harder logic puzzle with the same four cats. Which cat knocked which object off the bookcase, in which order, and what noise did each make when hitting the ground? Says “Happy Birthday” on the front.
- *CURRENTLY SOLD OUT* Tulips — a solo colouring-in game on a card. It’s a relaxing, mindful game, and is great for anyone who loves colour.
- Plastic Currents — a challenging one person puzzle which involves dice and moving jellybeans around a grid.
